1. Introduction
1.1 This policy relates to online purchases only.

1.3 Refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Buyer responsibility
2.1 The online description of each item contains important information that should be read by the buyer before the purchase. In particular, information on allergies and ways of use.
2.2 Ertisun is not responsible for allergic reactions or damage to the item resulting from its improper use.

3. Non-refundable items.
3.1 Items that are non-refundable in general:
( a ) Sale Items
( b ) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
( c ) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
3.2 Please keep in mind that many of our items are made of semi-precious stones. Therefore stones have limited resistance to damage. Any damage to these stones will exclude an item from refundable items.
3.3 In the case of earrings:
( a ) were used,
( b ) do not have the original label,
( c ) do not have an original protective film
we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Shipping
4.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ertisun, Edyta Rosinska, 25 Marlfield Place, Kiltipper Way, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Co. Dublin, Ireland
4.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you send your return by registered post as proof of postage as we will not be responsible for items lost or not delivered. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Repairs
5.1 In some cases of damage Eritsun offers repairs (excluding semi-precious and precious stones) free of charge within 6 months from the date of purchase.
5.2 To find out if your item qualifies for the free repair policy please contact us by contact form.
5.2 You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs.
