For customers in Dublin South, the same day complimentary delivery service is available, ensuring your beautiful Ertisun jewellery arrives securely at your doorstep. I use only registered and insured post to protect each precious item.

- Express Post: €25 for emergency delivery within Ireland
- Local Collection in Dublin 24: €0
If you’re nearby, you are also welcome to collect your handcrafted jewellery in Dublin 24. Please reach out for the exact location and convenient collection details.
For international orders, secure delivery is available from €25 (UPS) on top of standard shipping rates, depending on your location. Detailed shipping costs are automatically calculated at the cart.
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your jewellery’s journey. Should you not receive this, please contact us promptly to confirm your order’s status.

- Delivery Times: Typically 1-2 working days within Ireland and 4-5 days for other destinations, per An Post guidelines or courier.
For international destinations outside Ireland, delivery times will depend on your local UPS or postal service. Usually it takes 5-10 days.
